Torlys has announced the recent signing of a nonexclusive license agreement with USFloors for a COREtec license for Torlys' EverWood & EverTile luxury vinyl flooring products.

USFloors was recently granted their official patents for the U.S. and Canada.

Torlys launched its EverWood & EverTile program in 2013, and since the issuance of this patent, will become one of the first official licensees for composite plastic flooring products for USFloors, according to the company.

“With this agreement now signed, past and future customers for Torlys EverWood and EverTile products can legitimately and safely purchase product without any licensing concerns,” said Peter Barretto, president and CEO of the company.
