WOOD DALE, IL – DKI, North America's largest disaster restoration contracting organization, today announced that Joe Caroccio has been named the new Executive Director of Sales for DIAMOND Property Loss Solutions.

Joe Caroccio comes into this position with over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry, beginning his experience as the National Sales Manager for Crawford Contractor Connection/The Prism Network for 8 years. In 2005, Joe joined DKI as the National Sales Director, were he managed the sales team, while also providing a wealth of knowledge and experience for the delivery of policies and procedures to the national contractor network.

As his career progressed, Joe became the Sales and Development Manager for Eagle Contractor Overlook. In this capacity, Joe was responsible for developing a contractor network as a new division of parent company, Eagle Adjusting. Joe was able to recruit over 200 restoration contractor locations with program commitments from 3 major insurance companies.

In 2010, Joe claimed the position of North East Regional Manager at FRSTeam, the service leader in the fabric industry. Joe took on the duty of developing business opportunities, covering the northeast with states including: NY, NJ, MD, DE, CT, PA, RI, MA, NH and ME.

Eight years later, Joe has once again returned to DKI to fill the Executive Director of Sales position, previously held by David Eisman and officially came on board in November.

Joe Caroccio will be located in Oswego, NY.
