WOODBURY, MN — ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services was ranked sixth out of 30 companies as one of the "Best Places to Work for 2012" in Minnesota by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, according to a press release.

To be selected for this award, ICC''s employees provided feedback via anonymous surveys on topics such as work environment, people practices and how things work day-to-day in their company, the release stated.

best place to workAccording to the release, because of the constant, on-the-go nature of their business, Tom Laska, president of ICC, believes that it''s even more important to create a positive, rewarding and synergistic workplace for his employees to keep motivation and morale up.
