New Housekeeping Channel (HC) Advisory Board Member – Patrick Winters, CAE/IOM, President, The Clean Trust

Patrick Winters serves as President/CEO of The Clean Trust (formerly the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration, Certification) which is the certification registry and standards setting organization for the cleaning industry. The Clean Trust certifies 28,500 trainees per year in 20 + service categories and represents more than 54,000 certified technicians and businesses in 22 countries around the world.

Winters is a career association executive having served several associations and professional societies in a 25 year career. He has been awarded “Association Executive of the Year” by his peers at the Colorado Society of Association Executives” and while with the Denver Building Owners and Managers Association was awarded “Association of the Year” in International competition. He is active in the American Society of Association Executives Peer Review Program and was a contributor to the ASAE publication Managing Association Turnarounds.

Pat is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), holds an undergraduate degree from Illinois State University, Masters in Public Administration studies at the University of Colorado and is a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management (IOM) at the University Of Notre Dame.

He is a Capacity Builder Member of the Standards For (non-profit) Excellence Institute, served on the Board of Examiners of the Malcolm Baldridge Performance Excellence Program and currently serves on the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee accrediting personnel certification bodies in accordance with ANSI Standard 17024.
